Love this place .. the atmosphere is amazing but the care. I am 100% so grateful for the process here. I came in with an injured lower back, pinched nerve and sciatica on top of it all. I barely could walk or stand for more then 15 mins. I was a faithful student to all the recommendations, stretches and ice pack time trying to reduce my stress levels and relax my muscle and body I now can stand walk and work my full shifts at work. Super thankful for the doctors here all of them have helped my body heal and feel better and I am so thankful I could avoid surgery 100% recommend this place

THE BEST! All of the doctors and staff at PURE are incredible, knowledgeable, and listen. I love visiting the office with frequency. If you live in Braselton, then this is the place to go. Period. Hard stop. I cannot thank the entire staff at Pure enough for all they do, every day. What I love most about PURE is that the doctors and business knows their “Why” and are amazing at it.
I have had hip problems for years and can’t sleep all night without tossing and turning, bought a new mattress and that didn’t help. My husband found and loves this office and everyone in it so my daughter and I started last week, after my first adjustment I slept all night and my hip did not wake me up one time! Well worth it already just two weeks in.

Schedule change is never a problem. The team is efficient and facility is up to date. The Drs are prfessional. New road is being instslled but will be complete soon.

The best relief ever! I was having migraines 3-4 times a week. I have not had a single migraine since my first adjustment! Dr. Kyle and Dr. Brad are absolutely amazing! I am a whole new person! I came in 6 months ago after I blew out my back. I could barely walk and couldn’t even stand up straight. Dr. Kyle and Dr. Brad have been so great. They took X-Rays and figured out a plan to get me back to living life! My back hasn’t felt this good since I was a kid! I’m back to normal activities and consistently being in the gym without any back pain! 10/10 experience!
After many years of suffering from headaches and occasional migraines and trying many other treatments I decided to try chiropractic treatment. My scans from the initial appointment showed my upper neck was way out of alignment which was the root cause of my issues. It’s been one month of treatment and adjustments and I have seen a huge improvement already. I no longer wake up with neck pain and tension and my headaches have been reduced significantly. I went to dr Kyle a lil over 1 year ago and could barely stand with out being in pain, I fely like i was over adjusted at other chiropractors, he does just enough to make you feel great. Thanks to him I’m not taking pain meds anymore.

I am really glad I found this place, it’s not like the normal chiropractor places I’ve been too. Like they took X-rays and had a real in depth consultation with me on what pain I’m having/past injuries all that to figure out how to best proceed forward, not just having me come in for an adjustment and that’s it. They go for long term healing and I really appreciate that. Love this place, only been going for a few weeks now but it’s definitely made a difference. Plus the staff is phenomenal. Could not recommend this place enough!
Both doctors Brad and Kyle have helped me overcome back pain that’s was unbearable at some point. After going to PURE for long enough time to know that it was Corrective chiropractic before it became PURE. I can surely say they have a great staff that is willing to help at all cost and they have gotten me healthier and better than I was before in walked through the doors. It seems as if every time I walk into their practice it becomes more modern and just overall a comfortable space. I would highly recommend that anyone in need of relief seek out their help
