This place is amazing! Pure has helped me so much with my back pain. For MONTHS I had 2 herniated discs in my lumbar spine. I was going to doctors every week with no relief at ALL. I was given pain killers, nerve blockers, steroids, injections as an 18 YEAR OLD. But 2 months ago my mom came across an ad about Pure. She didn’t have high hopes because everything we tried failed. But after hearing from a friend of hers who recently went and was so relieved from her herniated discs, my mom felt confident that Pure could do the same. Ever since my first appointment with Pure, I haven’t had any pain whatsoever and haven’t been this relieved from my back pain and severe nerve pain for so many months. Doctors told me I would forever have back pain but Pure proved them wrong. I am so happy and relieved that Pure has made me feel normal again.

This place is the real deal!!! I started with neck, shoulder restriction, ankle and hip pain. Now I feel REALLY good and pain free. My structure feels really balanced. Really thankful to the entire staff at Pure Chiropractic Braselton especially Jenny who was very thorough in explaining exercises and treatments. I came in skeptical at first after being in a car crash that left me with limited mobility in my arm and pain/discomfort/ tingling in my neck. I had 2 buldging disc and through decompression and adjustments i have no pain. I have avoided all pain medication which is the only solution the "regular doctor" offered! It did take regular visits, and I am still visiting because it keeps me feeling the best! Cheers to Dr. Kyle.

PURE Chiropractic has changed my life! After dealing with chronic pain since the beginning of 2011 due to a car crash and doctors failure to tell me to go to physical therapy I was left with right shoulder and neck pain. I also started going to Burn Boot Camp in October of 2024 and dealing with ailments like knee pain and wrist pain I can now work out more confidently and with less pain. Love this place .. the atmosphere is amazing but the care. I am 100% so grateful for the process here. I came in with an injured lower back, pinched nerve and sciatica on top of it all. I barely could walk or stand for more then 15 mins. I was a faithful student to all the recommendations, stretches and ice pack time trying to reduce my stress levels and relax my muscle and body I now can stand walk and work my full shifts at work. Super thankful for the doctors here all of them have helped my body heal and feel better and I am so thankful I could avoid surgery 100% recommend this place
