This place is the real deal!!! I started with neck, shoulder restriction, ankle and hip pain. Now I feel REALLY good and pain free. My structure feels really balanced. I’m happy and I definitely 100% RECOMMEND pure chiropractic. They are doing GOD’s work in that place. Clean, friendly and courteous location and staff. Amazing, amazing did I say amazing?

Really thankful to the entire staff at Pure Chiropractic Braselton especially Jenny who was very thorough in explaining exercises and treatments. I came in skeptical at first after being in a car crash that left me with limited mobility in my arm and pain/discomfort/ tingling in my neck. PURE Chiropractic has changed my life! After dealing with chronic pain since the beginning of 2011 due to a car crash and doctors failure to tell me to go to physical therapy I was left with right shoulder and neck pain. I also started going to Burn Boot Camp in October of 2024 and dealing with ailments like knee pain and wrist pain I can now work out more confidently and with less pain. And once you get physical help you realize it also affects your mental health in a positive way! And the staff here are amazing! I usually have to bring my little ones and everyone is so helpful! Love this place .. the atmosphere is amazing but the care. I am 100% so grateful for the process here. I came in with an injured lower back, pinched nerve and sciatica on top of it all. I barely could walk or stand for more then 15 mins. I was a faithful student to all the recommendations, stretches and ice pack time trying to reduce my stress levels and relax my muscle and body I now can stand walk and work my full shifts at work. Super thankful for the doctors here all of them have helped my body heal and feel better and I am so thankful I could avoid surgery 100% recommend this place

They’re really nice and professional and very helpful

I have had hip problems for years and can’t sleep all night without tossing and turning, bought a new mattress and that didn’t help. My husband found and loves this office and everyone in it so my daughter and I started last week, after my first adjustment I slept all night and my hip did not wake me up one time! Well worth it already just two weeks in.

Schedule change is never a problem. The team is efficient and facility is up to date. The Drs are prfessional. New road is being instslled but will be complete soon.

Great staff to communicate

I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for most of my life. I’ve always just used it for pain relief maintenance but this place takes chiropractic up to a whole other level. Dr. Kyle takes a very holistic approach at helping you get your body in the best place it can be so you can live your life how you want to.

So happy that I came . The Doctors explained with clarity what is best for me to get back to a healthier lifestyle. Super super clean everyone in my he office very pleasant and always have a smile on there face . They make you feel like you’re a good friend. You will not regret it. 😊
